About Atelier Homeschool Art

Founded in 1991 on a simple conviction — the arts are essential — Atelier has spent more than three decades creating high-quality, easy-to-teach visual art instruction for children. What began as a small set of classroom-tested video lessons is now a trusted online curriculum used by homeschool families, co-ops, and charter schools nationwide.

From the start, Atelier has focused on two things: real art education and real results.

Our developmental, process-oriented approach strengthens creativity, visual thinking, problem-solving, and confidence. And because every lesson is taught visually, any parent or co-op leader can guide meaningful art experiences — no art background required.

Today, tens of thousands of homeschoolers rely on Atelier for its user-friendly design, age-appropriate instruction, and joyful, skill-building lessons. Whether you’re teaching one child or a full group, Atelier gives you everything you need to help students create artwork they’re proud of — and to nurture creativity that lasts.
